Employees are very nice, but the hours make it nearly impossible for for working households to retrieve their mail. By the time they open we are at work and we can't get back to it by the time we get off of work. For some reason a group of about 6 residences are prohibited from having a mailbox where we are.
USPS Russiaville has been great for years. Also, if your package says delivered online and it's not at your address it could be a glitch. My package arrived 2 hours after it was supposedly delivered. Great office.
